Privacy Policy
ROARDRIVE is operated by Fremmenn Dynamics, S.L., Avda. de la Catedral 6, planta 1, 08002 Barcelona, Spain. This policy explains what the ROARDRIVE app and website collect, why, and what we do not collect.
The short version
Your location never leaves your device. We do not sell data, we do not use advertising networks, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
What stays on your device

| Motion sensors | Smooths speed between GPS fixes so the sound follows the throttle without lag. Never transmitted. |
| Bluetooth | Connects to an external GPS receiver, if you use one. We do not scan for or record nearby devices. |
| Local network | Talks to a CAN adapter over its own Wi-Fi to read pedal position and revs. This traffic stays on that local network. |
| App settings | Chosen engine, volume and preferences, stored locally. |
What we do receive

Processors we use
- Stripe — payments. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Supabase — stores accounts and purchase records.
- Apple and Google — handle in-app purchases made through their stores under their own privacy policies.
These providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
What we never do
- Sell or rent personal data
- Use advertising or analytics networks that profile you
- Track you across other apps and websites
- Upload, store or share your location
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or a copy in portable form, and you can object to processing. Write to contact@dialoom.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Children
ROARDRIVE is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app.
